About Kate
Kate Woerner is an Actor, Singer and Cheese Board Maker located in Los Angeles, California.

Born in New Jersey, she moved to Southern California as a baby and is what her father likes to call “a west coast girl with east coast sensibilities."
Kate graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific where she earned a BA degree in Theatre Arts and minored in Film Studies. While in school, she had the opportunity to star in numerous productions including Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar in which she played Brutus.

Upon finishing her undergraduate studies, Kate worked in the LA 99 Seat Theatre world as a producer’s assistant, associate producer, office manager and stage manager. Kate is an alumna of the prestigious National Theatre Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center in Waterford, Connecticut where she had the opportunity to take her studies global by studying with London’s top theatre company, Complicité. She also spent time as an Acting Apprentice at the acclaimed Berkshire Theatre Festival in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

When not acting, Kate loves creating in the kitchen for her family and friends (check out the cheeseboards!), working with children, watching Dodger Baseball, engaging in conversation about movies, books, and traveling. You can usually find Kate searching for the largest container to drink unsweetened iced tea from—its her life source!
